This seminar provides a Myers-Briggs® Profile for each participant, identifies his/her style of doing things, recognizes each person's strengths, and shows how to use those strengths more productively. Participants are taught to appreciate the style differences of others and how to work with others more effectively. It explains why our communications work and do not work, and the basis for many of our on-the-job conflicts.

EXCEL-N-SELLING™ – RELATIONSHIP SELLING TRAINING
Increase your understanding of your selling style, with its strengths and weaknesses, and increase your ability to sell more effectively with different buying styles.

• PART I of this sales seminar includes use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® to identify the strengths of your selling style and the Pegasus Sales Inventory, a highly effective indicator of sales success and competence. Assessment areas include: "Overall Sales Potential," "Call Assertiveness vs. Call Reluctance," "Closing" and "Networking" abilities, as well as "Emotional Stability".
